Will I be charged customs duty on my order?
It is possible that VAT and/or customs duty will be charged to you. I've purchased from your website, when will I receive my order?
This will depend on the delivery option you selected at the checkout but we aim to dispatch all parcels within 24 hours (Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays). As soon as your order has been dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking reference.

I'm not sure what size to order?
We know the sizing can vary with all Spanish brands. We do state in the item description if a product is small, if you can't see that information within the description then it usually means the product is true to size fitting. If you would like to verify then please send us a message with a screenshot of the item you're referring to.
