Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges

We aim to ship all orders with 24-48hrs Mon-Fri, excluding any orders containing 'made to order items.'

UK shipping is with Royal Mail.  We offer the following postage options:

Tracked & Signed 48h (2-4 days approx) £4.70

Tracked & Signed 24h (1-3 days approx) £5.70

Next Day Delivery by 1pm. Monday - Saturday £9.50. The order must be placed by 2pm. (We do not offer Sunday delivery) 

UK shipping for large dolls and prams £12.50 

*Shipping times are approximate and can vary, especially around busier times, such as Christmas.

WORLDWIDE - We ship Worldwide, excluding large dolls and prams. Theses items we only ship within the UK due to the size & weight of the parcel.  Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on the order value. Shipping charges DO NOT include the cost of any import duties and taxes that may be charged. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer if they are contacted by their delivery courier. If you would like to know more regarding import duties/taxes you may be charged, please enquire with your countries postage service before placing your order. If you do not pay the duties/taxes requested by the courier, the parcel may be returned to us. If this happens the original postage cost will not be refunded back to you,  as the postage would've already been paid to the courier. 

International Tracked & Signed (7-10 days*)  *7-10 days is an estimate. Shipping times for international mail may vary depending on the speed of the postal service in each county. 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please note the following:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • We issue credit notes only for returned items. We DO NOT offer refunds. Credit notes have no expiry date and can be used on any future purchase.
  • Made to order items and sale items that are marked as 'Non-returnable' are excluded from returns. Made to order items are ordered in by customer request only.
  • Any product returned must be clean, unworn and free from odours. It must have the original garment tags attached and be in the original packaging, if applicable, such as footwear.
  • We refuse the right to refuse a credit note for items received back not meeting this criteria and the product will be destroyed.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not pay for return shipping. Neither do we give credit notes for postage costs, as these have been paid directly to the courier.
  • By purchasing from us you agree to these terms of sale.
